Max AI Mobile is intended for authorized users invited to a Max AI workspace. Do not share your account, invitation links, or access credentials with unauthorized people.

Your access may be limited, suspended, or removed if your workspace access changes or if the service is used in a way that creates security, privacy, or operational risk.

Use Max AI only for lawful business purposes and only with data you are allowed to process in your workspace.

Do not use the service to send spam, abuse third-party services, collect sensitive data without permission, or bypass security controls.

Max AI includes AI-assisted features. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs before using them in business, legal, financial, medical, or other high-impact decisions.

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice unless independently verified.

Early access and TestFlight builds may change, be unavailable, or include incomplete functionality.

Feedback, crash reports, and support requests may be used to improve the product.
